Use inspiration without copying
Combine details you love—perhaps a neckline from one image, the movement of another skirt and a colour from a fabric sample—into an original design that belongs to you.
Plan production carefully
Confirm sketches, measurements, swatches, fitting stages, alteration allowance, shipping and deadlines in writing. Complex handwork and overseas production need a realistic buffer.
