Information is used to respond to enquiries, review applications, identify potentially suitable designers or makers, improve the service, prevent spam and maintain basic first-party website statistics.

Sharing

We may share relevant brief information with a designer or maker when arranging a requested introduction. We do not sell personal information. Do not upload highly sensitive identity documents, payment card information or images you are not authorised to share.

Storage and security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form.

Third parties

Any final agreement, payment, production or delivery arrangement with an independent designer, maker or supplier is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
